He made sure that he had all of our stuff correct and explained everything so that we understood. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst. I asked for the previous years AGI so I could file my taxes for 2016 and was told " I can't help you, do NOT come to the office..." I immediately drove to the office and where an incompetent employee was forced by me to call their corporate office so he could be walked through the process step by step.
