- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆lines aren't really bad here and they go really fast. don't go at the beginning or end of the month unless you have to. Bring a drink and some snacks just in case. If there are kids running around and being rude, stop them and tell them know. Assume their parents are busy. Kids should not be running around fighting or yelling. Don't let the kids talk back. You are bigger than them I am sure you can see what my experience was, Turned out the kid loved me after an hour.By Karen James, September 25, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rude, racist employees. Lived in several different states and Virginia DMV is by far the worst. Whatever the reason, Virginia laws or poor management there are no words harsh enough to describe how bad this DMV is run. The s ad thing is the employees don't care and have no reason to care, state employees are set for life.By Gary Jones, March 15, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆After reading reviews I was prepared to have to wait for a while, I wasn't prepared to wait for over 4 hours. The seats are atleast comfortable. When I did get to the counter the staff were very friendly and helpful. But I do not think a four hour wait is acceptable.
