- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've been with SunTrust for a year now and I have always gotten exceptional service. Today's trip was no different. Jason Rodriguez was the associate who helped me. He listened to my needs and created two new accounts. During the whole process he made conversation with me and was friendly. I was in and out within 25 minutes. I called later asking for some information about one of my accounts. Jason answered and remembered from our earlier meeting the details of that account, saving me even more time.
